Why study in Dubai?

Education System

Nurseries in Dubai:

Dubai has a huge amount of nurseries. Most of them accept variations of the Montessori technique of instruction and take English as a main instruction language. Most of the nurseries take children from 2 years old onwards and some of them take children from age of 18 months onwards.

Kindergartens:

At the Playschool level children generally learn art, music, religion, English, Arabic and math. Playschools also offer all sort of other activities for their attendants. Dubai has many English-speaking playschools and most of them are located in Jumeirah and Umm Sequim areas. Age level is from 4 to 5 years old for playschool.

Primary:

At primary level English is the medium of instruction language in most of schools in Dubai. There are also large numbers of schools which teach children in other foreign languages, French, Hindi. There is also a wide range of overseas syllabuses.

The new term in most of British schools in Dubai starts in September. In other schools new period starts in April. From July to August all schools are closed for holidays. Average Fees is runarounds. 3000 in schools. Primary section is usually of six years and age level is from 6 to 12 years.

Colleges and Universities in Dubai:

The number of colleges and universities in Dubai has developed significantly in last 20 years and every year the number of their staff and students increases by about 30%. Most of the colleges and universities are associating themselves to significant institutions overseas, and few of them use English as tuition language.

Postgraduate Education in Dubai:

Technical Secondary School Length of programmer is around six years and age level is from 12 to 18 years. Certificate/diploma awarded: Technical Secondary Diploma.

Administration of Dubai offers free education from playschool to university to all its citizens and about 40% of children go to private schools. For all children older than 5 years full-time education is mandatory and all primary and secondary schools in Dubai, public and private, up to ninth grade also have to follow universal and compulsory program bases.

Application Procedure

Intakes:

January, May, July, August, September, November.

Application Process:

  • Students must submit certified real copies of appropriate documents along with the application form.
  • The university will select on the credit of your educational background and will decide at which level you can be eligible to enter.
  • Once the submission is successful you will receive a confirmation offer letter from them which can be used to apply for student resident visa.
  • Visa process takes around week after apply for visa.
  • When you get sanction for visa you can book your tickets.
